Deposits are returned within 10days after checkout if the property is returned to the same condition it was rented at. Ownership will contact renter if any damages to property or other issues arrise.

Rent is due upon arrival.  Please make out all checks to Cole Dixon Properties LLC.  Checks will be accepted by the manager on duty at the North Shore Grill (next door). 
The manager will also issue a key for the property.
